Hardly a great adaptation of the John Sandford novel (whom I'm a big fan of and have read numerous of the Prey series), and it absolutely looks terrible and quite cheap, but still not unwatchable and Titus Welliver was great as the villain. Eriq LaSalle was okay as Davenport and far, far better than ... Mark Harmon's portrayal in Certain Prey at least. I had seen this before, maybe even in 1998/99, and this was a tad better than I remembered. **2.5/5**
