Biography

Daniel Scheinert is best known as the redneck half of the filmmaking duo DANIELS along with Daniel Kwan. Together, they’ve directed several award-winning music videos and commercials including the MTV VMA-winning video for DJ Snake and Lil’ Jon’s “Turn Down For What,” as well as the dark comedy-dram ... a Swiss Army Man and the absurdist science-fiction film Everything Everywhere All At Once, for which the duo received the Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay.
