José Miguel Biscaya (1973, Portugal) is a mixed-media artist, who lives and works in Amsterdam. He was educated in Fine Arts at the Sandberg Institute. In his work, he researches the relationship between landscapes and the human mind. Biscaya is co-founder of the Mobile Institute in Brussels.
