She then made her sole foray into acting (going by just "Simone") in Cemetery High (1989), playing one membe ... r of a quintet of female killers who indiscriminately murder male "scum suckers." It appears she gave up on her acting career after that experience. In 2015, she was promoted to director of development at Def Pictures Television. Reyes also is a vegan and outspoken animal rights activist.
