The film was also nominated for the 67th edition of the FAMAS Award (Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences Award) in the music category for his composer Fergus Cronkite (Andrew Tran). Film critic Adrian Martin has called Pastor "an energetic and prolific filmmaker worth keeping tabs on."
