Penny Irving (born 1955 in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England) is a former actress and Sun newspaper Page 3 model. She is remembered for her roles in the 1970s sitcom Are You Being Served? (which she starred in as Miss Bakewell between 1976 and 1979) and in the movie adaptation of The Likely Lads (play ... ing the role of Sandy). Penny also starred in the cult director Pete Walker's 1974 film House of Whipcord, and would later appear in his 1978 film The Comeback.
