Jay John Michael Hector was born in the King George Hospital in London, the middle child with one older brother and one younger sister, and spent his youth living in the English county of Essex, studying drama and art. After 3 years of working with Goldman Sachs, he was headhunted by other global leading companies such as British Petroleum, JP Morgan Chase and the London Metal Exchange. Jay took the city by storm.
