Angelo Thomas is a writer, director, producer, and editor. He holds a B.F.A. in Film & Video from Columbus College of Art & Design, where he graduated with the honors of Outstanding Senior and the Commitment to Service Award. Angelo’s senior thesis film, “The Incredible Jake Parker,” is the first fe ... ature film made by a student at the college in over 30 years. Most recently, Angelo has directed, produced, and edited “DeRosa: Life, Love & Art in Transition,” chronicling the extraordinary life of artist Felicia DeRosa, who came out as transgender at the age of 43.
