Darren's artistic journey began with photography, but soon he found himself drawn to the world of writing and directing. Over the years, he has honed his craft, and his unique vision has led him to create a series of captivating short films that showcase his extraordinary talent. In 2018, Darren co-founded Peripheral Vision Films with Wesley Mahoney, which has become a platform to showcase his work. Since then, he has directed five award-winning short films ranging from 12 to 20 minutes in length, each telling a unique and engaging story. In his previous LGBTQ+ short, he brought to light the intricate lives of individuals leading a dual existence while grappling with their sexuality.
