Derek H. Potts

Derek Heath Potts (born 1971) is a trial lawyer, entrepreneur and actor who has been involved in the entertainment industry for many years as an investor, producer and actor. He was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. His ancestry is French (mother) and Welsh (father). He went onto law school and has since participated as a trial lawyer in some of the largest and most controversial litigations of the past decade and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Potts Law Firm, LLP, a national litigation firm based in Houston, Texas.
