Marissa Vonn

Marissa Vonn is a Director, Writer, and First Assistant Director based in Los Angeles, California. After writing and directing a dozen of her own short films, her long-awaited debut feature film ‘Knee High’ is currently in the festival circuit. Marissa grew up in Iowa and her past few films (‘Next o ... f Kin’, ‘Domicile’, and ‘Knee High’) were all filmed in Iowa with frequent collaborators, DEFT. She loves bringing together crews that turn into friends and keeps a strict “no a******s” policy. She is currently developing three features and prepping to direct on an episodic project.
