Matthew Christopher Jones grew up in Sparta, Tennessee, spending his nights at the local drive-in theatre. He began his obsession with movies in high school. His first short film, Red Light, was entered in Campus MovieFest in early 2011 and was screened at Universal Studios, Hollywood.
