Victoria Wingert produced several award-winning films for Concept Films and Scott Anderson Productions. Clients included the Library of Congress, Encyclopedia Britannica and the U.S. Postal Service among many others. Following her successful career in film, Victoria became the Executive Vice Presid ... ent of one of the first and largest Home Owners Associations in the country. Now that she is retired she returned to her true passion, filmmaking, to work on My Neighbourhood and other film projects.
