In 2021, he returned to personal filmmaking with his short narrative film, "Floppies," about an artist who col ... laborates with his dementia-addled father on a one-page comic. As they bring this comic to life, they recall flashbacks to key moments in each of their lives. "Floppies" has gone on to win several awards, including two Best Narrative Short Awards at The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival 2023 and Festival of Cinema NYC 2023.
